Custom Home Addition
The homeowners were considering a four-season sunroom, but they also had a larger addition in mind. They weren’t quite sure which direction made the most sense for their home. So we stepped back and looked at the whole picture. After walking through the options together, it became clear that a full addition would give them more flexibility and a space they could truly enjoy year-round.
From permits and foundation work through framing, finishing, and final details, we led and built the project from start to finish, working alongside trusted trades to ensure everything came together seamlessly with the original home.
Inside, the vaulted ceiling and expansive windows now flood the space with natural light. The fireplace anchors the room, making it just as comfortable in winter as it is bright in summer. Even the updated bathroom carries that same clean, thoughtful feel.
Today, it’s where they gather. Morning coffee by the windows. Evenings by the fire. A space that feels open, connected, and like it was always meant to be there.
